ASSESSMENT
At the beginning of the year we give you the assessment sheet to let you know how we are going to assess your learning process. However, you can have a look at the page here, in case you lose it:
Retaking criteria:
Remember that in our Department the assessment is continuous. That means that if you fail a term, you can make it up by passing the next term. However, if you missed some projects or compositions you will have to hand them in anyway. At the end of every school year you have the chance to resit your exams.
If you fail a course, you have the chance to make it up by passing 2 terms of the following year.
READERS
Every year you have to read a number of readers to improve your comprehension in a foreign language.
In ESO you will read a book and then write your opinion about it following this template.
In Batxillerat there will be an exam which will include a T/F exercise and some questions to be answered.
1st ESO : 2 readers in class (2nd & 3rd terms in class).
2nd ESO: 3 readers ( in class and at home).
2nd Cycle : 3 readers (at home)
1st batx: 3 readers (at home)
2nd batx: 2 readers (at home)
